Broken Car Collections reserves the right to verify vehicle details, ownership status and eligibility; providing false or misleading data may result in refusal of service.
3. Payment and Pricing
Payment must be made in full when booking or collecting the vehicle from Broken Car Collections. Quoted prices may be adjusted if additional services or unforeseen circumstances arise that warrant additional services or price adjustments. Broken Car Collections reserves the right to withhold services until full payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your service by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to its scheduled collection time. Broken Car Collections reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or no-show fee, while reschedules are dependent upon our availability and confirmation.
5. Vehicle Ownership and Responsibilities
By collecting this vehicle you confirm that either you are the legal owner of it, or authorized to arrange its collection. Broken Car Collections will not be held liable for any legal disputes that arise concerning ownership rights. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before collection.
6. Liability
Broken Car Collections will exercise reasonable care when handling your vehicle; however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic conditions, weather, third-party service providers or unforeseeable events). Our liability is limited to the value of either your vehicle or service provided.
7. Acceptable Use of Website
By accessing and using our website for lawful purposes only, you agree that all activity conducted herein should adhere to all relevant regulations and be used solely for lawful purposes.
